Products and services

The webshop distributes indoor and outdoor pots and ornaments. Product images are only illustrations and can deviate from reality.

The products can be ordered online, through our webshop software. The indicated prices do not include the cost of delivery. The ordered products will be delivered to your home.

Payment method: cash on delivery, transfer in advance, PayPal

Our prices are gross prices and include VAT.

The transport fee is determined by the weight of the ordered product/products.

The packages are delivered to the specified delivery address within MPL service (Hungarian Post) between 8 am and 5 pm.

The invoice is included in the package. Please check the package in front of the courier. In case of damage observed ask protocol inclusion and do not accept the package. Subsequent complaint without protocol can not be accepted!

Registration

Purchasing is possible only after registration. One of the benefits of registration is that you do not have to enter your personal details again if you want to order from us in the future. Moreover, you can add more shipping/billing addresses and keep track of ordering process.

The registration takes no more than 1 minute.

Please give your personal details accurately in interest of smooth delivery.

The ordering process

1. Click the „Add to basket” button. The product gets into the basket and you will be able to check its content.

2. To continue shopping online, click the „Continue shopping” button. You will get back to the data sheet of the previous product.

3. Follow the procedure described in point 1, if you would like to order other products.

4. When you placed all the desired items in the basket, click the „Content of your basket” button to check its content. You have the opportunity to delete items or change the quantity by entering the desired quantity and clicking the „Modification” button.

5. Click the „Proceed to checkout” button to continue ordering. If you are already registered and logged in, the next step is to check your data, otherwise you need to click the „Log in” or „Registration button”.

6. The last step is to click „Send order” button within „Proceed to checkout&rdquo.

7. You will receive an email about your order.

You will get confirmation from the customer service about your order over telephone or via email .

Please give the price of the ordered product to the courier.

Orders are processed on working days within 24 hours at the latest.

You have the opportunity to order anytime. If your order takes place after the end of our working time, it will be processed on the following working day.

You will receive an email about your order. You have the opportunity to inquire about your order by contacting us and reffering to the order ID. You can also keep track of it after logging in to our website.

In case of returned or not received packages the customer is to meet the cost of return. We will start the delivery again after receiving the price of the product via transfer in advance.

Right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw their purchase within 8 working days from the date of receiving the product. In this case the seller is required to refund the price of the product to the buyer within 30 days from the date of withdrawal. The refund does not include the transportation costs. Moreover, the buyer is to meet the cost of return as well.

About the right of withdrawal

If you want to take advantage of the right of withdrawal please send a letter or email reffering to the order ID. You can withdraw your purchase

within 8 working days after receiving the product.

If you withdraw your order through sending a letter, the date of dispatch will be considered the first day of the mentioned 8 working days. Please post the letter as registered letter in order to prove accurately the date of dispatch.

Return the product to our address. The buyer is to meet the costs of return. Do not send the product back cash on delivery. There is no way of receiving packages sent cash on delivery.

Within 30 days from the return of the product we will transfer its price to your account.

Data management

Your personal details put at our disposal while using our website is kept confidental and will not be disclosed to any third party excepted information given to subcontractors in interest of performing the tasks concerning delivery accurately and successfully.

While browsing our webshop technical information will be recorded (such as log files, which contain the user's IP address, the time, the URL of the page visited). These information can not be used for statistical purposes, not for personal identification. The system stores data on the user's computer in the form of so-called cookies. Cookies do not identify the user. They live only while you are using our website.

To use our webshop it is necessary to enable the use of cookies, because certain features can not function without them.

An invoice about the ordered product will be made out. The invoice will be saved within the period of time ordered by law.

You can require the cancellation or modification of your dara any time by sending a letter to us. You also have the opportunity to delete yourself from the list of potential newsletter subscribers. In this case your registration will not be cancelled. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter through sending a letter or email to us or through clicking the „Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newspapers.
